By accessing or using Justitia AI (the "Service") — including the mobile app, browser extension, or Telegram bot — you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Justitia AI is an AI-powered tool that analyzes screenshots, URLs, social media profiles, and web content to assess the likelihood of scam or fraudulent activity. Analysis results are generated by AI models and are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, stalk, or harm any individual
  • Conduct surveillance or build profiles on individuals without their knowledge or consent, except for legitimate personal safety purposes
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Submit content you do not have the right to share
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs
  • Circumvent usage limits or credit systems
  • Use the Service for any commercial data collection or resale without our written consent

    6. AI Analysis Disclaimer

    Justitia AI's analysis results are generated by AI and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.
  • Results should not be used as the sole basis for any legal, financial, or personal decision.
  • A "low risk" result does not guarantee a person or entity is trustworthy.
  • A "high risk" result does not definitively prove fraud or wrongdoing.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use and act on analysis results.

    • We are not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on Justitia AI's output.

    7. Third-Party Content and Profiles

    When you submit a username, URL, or screenshot for analysis, the Service may scrape or process publicly available information from third-party platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, GitHub, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). You acknowledge that:

  • Such platforms have their own terms of service.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of scraped data.
  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party platforms.

    8. Credits and Payments

    8.1 Free Tier

    Unauthenticated users receive 3 free scans (tracked by browser fingerprint). Authenticated users may receive free credits at our discretion.

    8.2 Paid Scan Packs

    Scan packs (10, 20, or 50 scans) are available for purchase. Prices are displayed at checkout.

    8.3 No Refunds

    All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Scans do not expire.

    8.4 Tips

    Optional tips/donations are non-refundable and do not grant additional scans or features.

    8.5 Stripe

    Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

    9. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its AI models, UI, and branding, is owned by Justitia AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

    13. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Justitia AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

    OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

    14. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Justitia AI and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and, where applicable, European Union law (including the GDPR and the EU Consumer Rights Directive). Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.

    If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
