Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All purchases of scan packs on Justitia AI are final and non-refundable. Scans are digital goods that are consumed upon use, and we do not offer refunds for unused scans except as described below.

2. Exceptions
We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:
Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error
Non-delivery — you completed payment but scans were not credited to your account within 24 hours (contact us and we will investigate)
EU/Polish consumer rights — if you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (implemented in Poland as the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014). However, this right is waived once you have used any scans from the purchased pack, as the digital content has been partially consumed with your explicit consent.

3. Tips and Donations
Tips made through the "Support Justitia AI" feature are voluntary donations and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 2, contact us within 14 days of the purchase:

Include your account email, purchase date, and a description of the issue
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Chargebacks
Do not initiate a chargeback. If you have a billing issue, contact us first at support@bbn.beauty — we resolve most issues within 24 hours.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of these Terms and will result in:
Immediate and permanent suspension of your account
Forfeiture of all remaining credits
Recovery of the disputed amount through available legal means
Chargebacks are considered fraudulent misuse of the payment system when a valid refund process exists. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery to Stripe and your card issuer.
