3. Prohibited Uses
You must not use Justitia AI to:
3.1 Stalking and Harassment
Track, monitor, or build profiles on individuals for the purpose of harassment, intimidation, or stalking
Use analysis results to threaten, blackmail, or coerce any person
3.2 Discrimination
Use analysis results to discriminate against individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
3.3 Defamation
Publish or share Justitia AI analysis results as definitive proof of wrongdoing without independent verification
Use results to make false statements of fact about any person or organization
3.4 Illegal Activity
Violate any applicable privacy law, including GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent regulations
Process data about individuals in jurisdictions where such processing is prohibited
Use the Service in connection with any criminal activity
3.5 Abuse of Service
Attempt to circumvent credit limits or free tier restrictions
Automate requests to the API without authorization
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract AI models or proprietary logic from the Service
Resell or redistribute analysis results or API access without written permission
3.6 Sensitive Subjects
Submit content that includes sensitive personal data (health records, financial account details, government IDs) unless strictly necessary for a legitimate fraud check

4. Content Standards
Content submitted for analysis must not:
Violate any third party's intellectual property rights
Contain malware, exploits, or malicious code
Be submitted in bad faith to generate false reports about innocent parties

5. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of your account
Forfeiture of unused credits without refund
Reporting to law enforcement where required
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with authorities.
